Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect product is delivered compared to the order placed. Customers must inform us about the return request within 2 days of receiving the delivery, along with proper proof such as images or videos. In case a return is approved, the return shipping (courier) charges will be fully borne by us, and the customer will not be required to pay any return courier cost. We will arrange the return pickup at our own expense; the customer only needs to hand over the product to the courier partner. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
